Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) management
US Company Formation assistance (LLC registration, EIN, bank account)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client or user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when requested
Cooperate with our team during onboarding and project execution
Ensure you have the legal right to sell the products or services you engage us to promote
Comply with all applicable platform policies (Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, Shopify, Meta, etc.)
Keep your login credentials and account access secure

4. Payments & Fees

All service fees are agreed upon before the commencement of any project
Payments are due as per the agreed schedule in your service agreement
We reserve the right to pause or terminate services in case of non-payment
All fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in your individual service agreement
Prices are subject to change with prior notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, strategies, reports, and materials created by EBOOSTORY during the course of service delivery remain the intellectual property of EBOOSTORY until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for the client are transferred to the client.

Our website content, logo, and brand assets may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared business information, strategies, financial data, and proprietary processes confidential. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

7. Results Disclaimer

EBOOSTORY does not guarantee specific revenue targets, sales figures, or rankings. All case studies and results shared on our website represent past client outcomes and are not a guarantee of future performance. Results vary depending on product, market conditions, budget, and client cooperation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EBOOSTORY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services involve working on third-party platforms such as Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, Shopify, and Meta. EBOOSTORY is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms. We are not responsible for any account suspensions, policy changes, or losses caused by these platforms' own decisions or policies.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due. EBOOSTORY reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of policy violations or fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
